An outdoorsman's pack that sounds fabulous.
Never short on words, never short on ideas and suggestions, our regular correspondent Josh Mills has come up with a pack for outfitters that is never short on anything. I would like to put a spotlight on a company that I got to know last summer and that is Scott Hunter and his crew at Vedavoo. Vedavoo It is a truly unique company that somebody has started in their garage and forged into being up and coming in the outdoor industry. Vedavoo makes flyfishing packs, hunting packs to side flings and stuff for rock climbing. He started his company with his last $700 and he bought a sewing machine and enough thread and material to keep his orders coming in. Beautifully constructive, really innovative, there are pockets in places that you never would have thought of but are really very thoughtful. You can tell this person is a hunter and that Scott and his crew are fishermen and have designed packs that make you think duh why did it take so long to design something like that? They are also doing a tremendous amount of charity work and there is nothing more exciting than meeting somebody who is a president of a company who is truly passionate about what he does.
