Knowing that deer and elk seasons are upon us, it's time for all of you big game hunters to head for them thar hills. And if you are going to be out in the elements, you will probably need a tent. With that in mind I called Sportsman's Warehouse and connected with sales associate Jackson Mortenson. "If he is staying out for several days, our Kodiak canvasses are very popular. We have three different sizes, there are two different models but they are pretty big to move around. There is a smaller one that would be more fit to him, they are made out of canvas so it's a heavy material. It's kind of like a miniature house, used a very warm, especially good in the winter and our bigger ones accommodate a fire stove." Some good thoughts from Jackson and then I connected with José Lozada: "I personally recommend one of the dome tents like a Coleman. I hear they are very sturdy. We have displays on the walls so that people can look at them. Are they portable? Yes they are portable. Easy to move around and carry in your backpack." I asked José if the dome tents needed stakes and he said yes... But... "The only ones where you don't need stakes is the Sonic Six air pitch and there is an air pump. You pump the tent up."

José claimedThe Kelty AirPitch system has changed tent set up forever by replacing traditional poles with AirPoles for ultra fast set up.
