Farm Show Housing Scam & Liberal Fronts plus Pollinator Troubles. I'm Greg Martin with today's Northwest Report.

Exhibitors to the Spokane Ag Show & PNW Farm Forum are being warned about dealing with a third party company in booking rooms for the show. Director Myrna O'Leary says they are not connected with any ag shows.

O'LEARY: Now whether somebody's going to show up and actually have an actual room, I don't know. But I put the word out, these people are not working for me. I've heard from other farm shows across the nation that there's a couple, three of them that do this.

Before their recess, the House of Representatives passed a bill to prevent the EPA from implementing its proposed Waters of the U.S. rule. Now a number of so-called "sportsmen" groups have emerged that support EPA's water rule that are in reality just liberal front groups. Earlier this year, several organizations—including the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, Trout Unlimited, and the Izaak Walton League, co-signed a press release offering praise for EPA's "huge step forward for protecting America's waters and wildlife." People are urged to look closer at these groups and their funding before adding your support to them.

Now the decline in the bee population and bee colony health is threatening ag production. Susan Carter has more.
