Wheat and Corn Down Slightly

Wheat and corn futures were down slightly on Friday. Here is USDA Grain and Livestock Reporter Greg Sanders with last week’s Northwest’s feeder cattle summary.
Chicago December Wheat ended Friday down 3/4 of a cent at 4-04 and 3/4. December corn ended the day down a 1/4 of a cent at 3-36 and 1/2 .
Portland prices for soft white wheat of ordinary protein was down a 1/4 of a cent to 3/4 of a cent between 4.74 and 3/4 and 4-84 and 3/4. White club wheat was unchanged at mostly 4-75 to 4.88. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11.5 percent protein prices were up 3/4 of a cent ranging between 4-96 and 1/2 to 5-11 and 1/2. DNS wheat with 14 percent protein were up 2 and 1/2 ranging between 5.98 and 3/4 to 6.28 and 3/4.
December live cattle were down a dime on Friday at 106.85. November feeder cattle were up 22 and half cents at 129.72 and a half. November Class III milk was down .12 cents at 15-78.
