I'm Matt Rice with the Market Line Report for November 23th. Cattle are seeing slow trade with light to moderate demand as we prepare for thanksgiving next week. We go to Greg Sanders as he explains the national feeder cattle review.

Sanders- "National slaughter cattle review for Thursday Nov. 19th, 2015. On Thursday negotiated cash trade was light on moderate demand in Nebraska in the western Corn Belt. Compared to last week in Nebraska a few early sales were $3 to $7 lower at 195. Compared to last week in the western corn belt a few early sales were also $3 to $5 lower at 195. A few early live sales have sold from $1.23 to $1.24."

Chicago December Wheat ended last week dn 2 1/4, at 4987 1/4. December corn ended last week dn 1, at 363 1/4. Portland prices for soft white wheat of ordinary protein for Jan, we down 2 1/4, ranging from 4-90 to 5-35 even. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11 ½ % protein, prices for Nov. were dn 5 1/2, ranging from 5-57 to 5-72. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Nov. were up 3/4, ranging from 6-19 1/2 to 6-59 1/2. Dec. live cattle closed last week dn 27 ½ cents, at 129.62 1/2. Jan. Feeder cattle were up 52 1/2 cents, at 162.97 1/2. Nov. class III milk was up 2 cents, at 15-33.
