Governor's Forum on Colorado Ag Extends Deadline Thru Tomorrow

For those who haven’t yet gotten around to registering yet for the Governor’s Forum on Colorado Agriculture on Feb. 18 you are in luck — you can still save $50 off your registration price through tomorrow, Feb. 11th. Colorado Corn Communications Director Eric Brown says
Brown: “On February 4th last Thursday we were going to raise the registration cost from $150 to $200 but we pushed that back a week til Thursday, Feb. 11th. So people have until Thursday to save $50 bucks on coming to the Governor’s Ag Forum. Certainly will be worth every penny and then some with all the topics we are going to touch on and the caliber of folks that are going to be there. Between the Governor giving his address on agriculture and the rural economy, and then Commissioner of Ag; some of the folks from the tech industry. The caliber of the farmers and ranchers that are going to be there taking part in these panels and taking part. It will be worth every penny.”
The Forum will cover the future of Colorado’s rural communities, labor availability challenges, succession planning for farmers and ranchers, working in multi-generational workplaces, the changing landscape for women in ag, Colorado’s new cannabis industry, technology, biotechnology, social media and more.
Brown adds that the are still scholarships available for interested students.
Brown: “Students who want to — we have some scholarship offerings. You can contact us if you want to learn a little bit more or go to the website at www.governorsagforum.com to check that out.
